We commit to delivery within 24 hours across our standard service areas. Orders received and processed leave the same working day and reach the recipient within one working day. Deliveries to more remote counties can take longer, and we will tell you the realistic window when you book rather than after. Full details on our last-mile delivery page.

We deliver to all 47 counties in Kenya from our Nairobi hub, and we operate regionally through branches in Dar es Salaam, Kampala and Kigali. For anything beyond East Africa, see our global shipping and customs clearance service, which covers air, sea and land freight.

Yes. Our delivery agents collect payment from your customer on delivery and remit it to you, with tracking and verification at each step. Cash on delivery is charged as a percentage of the amount collected, so it scales with your sales rather than sitting as a fixed cost. See last-mile delivery and cash on delivery, and our guide to what cash on delivery really costs.

Fulfillment pricing is made up of a few separate parts: receiving your stock into the warehouse, storage charged by the space it occupies, a fee per order picked and packed, and delivery charged by destination. Local courier rates are charged by zone. Send us your monthly order volume and where your customers are, and we will quote against your actual numbers. Our guide on whether to outsource fulfillment works through the arithmetic.

Yes, and it is worth doing early. We receive your stock, count it, inspect it and log it into our inventory system, and you get visibility of your stock levels from that point. Storage is charged by the cubic metre per day, so your cost falls as you sell. More on our warehousing and storage page.

We start with a free consultation to understand your products, order volumes and customer profile. From there we design a solution, quote it transparently, set up your account with a dedicated account manager, take in your inventory and run a pilot batch of live orders before full handover. It takes days rather than weeks. If you are still comparing providers, our guide on how to choose a fulfillment partner sets out what to ask.

Yes. Trained agents call your customers to confirm orders before dispatch, which materially reduces failed deliveries, and they can handle your customer support in several languages used across the region. See our dedicated call centre service.
